Plain Jane

I grew up on Montana’s northern border. It was 30 miles of mostly dirt roads to get to the nearest town of 300 people.

I learned quite a bit traveling all those dirt roads.

Sometimes the ride is rough. Sometimes the weather conditions change. Sometimes you are going to get stuck, and you are going to need to need help.

Life is like that. We think we know were we want to go, we thought we knew the way, and then conditions changed.  We need to rethink and try a different road.

Sometimes we need to get help and get someone with different tools and skills to pull us out of the mud and mess.

If you’ve found yourself feeling a bit stuck with something in your life, reach out for coaching.

Find a new path forward.

Coaching is about you. However, you may want to know a bit more about me.

I served as a teacher and school counselor in a small rural Montana school. I am still certified to work in Montana schools.

I moved from that into roles as an Extension Educator (outreach professor for land grant universities) in Wyoming for a few years and mostly in Montana.

I love teaching, learning together with others, coaching, and mentoring.

As a professional, one of the best compliments I ever received was, “I can tell you put your heart

into your work!”

It is my goal to work to the best of my ability, putting my heart in, for you and your

organization.

My ultimate goal is to help you improve your life!

Some of the people who have greatly improved mine are my spouse of more than 25 years and my daughters who are grown now and taking their skills to serve others in the nursing profession.

Sterling Solutions

Jane Wolery founded Sterling Solutions, LLC in 2020. The company offers coaching, speaking, and educational services.

Sterling Solutions, LLC, was named in honor of Jane’s dad, Sterling Wolery.

Sterling was a farmer and rancher in Montana who was always seeking solutions. While Jane was being raised on the farm, her dad spent many hours building, designing and customizing equipment solving challenges on the farm and ranch. It was always inspiring to Jane to watch her dad work in the shop.

Sterling, along with Jane’s mom, Betty Ann, invested in solutions for people in their lives and community. They were involved in leadership in local schools, churches and 4-H.

Together they shaped the lives of many young people who came to live with and work for them through the years. They were solution seekers.

It is with this same sterling spirit that Jane Wolery approaches her life’s work educating and learning with those she serves.
